Cinnamon Sugar Pecans

 These make a great snack and when I make them it dosen't take long for them to disappear. :)

 Ingredients:
1 egg whites
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
2 cups pecans, halves and toasted
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Beat egg whites in a bowl until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg until stiff peaks form. Fold in the margarine. Then fold in the pecans until they are coated, and pour them into a 9x9 inch pan.
Bake in 325*F oven for 25-30 min, string them about every 10 min. Once they have been removed from the oven sprinkle them with salt. Cool them a bit and then begin enjoying them!
