Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ian looked on the good old internet for suggestions on spicing, oven temp settings and time needed in the oven for roasting. This is what we put together and it turned out great, they are really tasty pumpkin seeds!

1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 garlic powder

Directions: mix all ingredients together in a bowel, spread evenly on a cookie sheet (we put foil over the cookie sheet) and roast in the oven for approximately 1 hour at 250*
